"Bruce is simply a very, very good consultant in direct response marketing.  He came highly recommended to me and he's surpassed my highest expectations.  He is an expert who can guide the strategy and yet he's practical and operational enough that he can actually get into the weeds to get stuff done".  Andrew Gelman - Vice President - PDR Network
